I've been playing this game for years on both my mobile device and through FB. The most recent update is not loading on my mobile device. It's beyond frustrating. They've also stopped giving energy tokens especially the instant win I never get that one anymore. Used to be my favorite game. Not anymore b

I have played this game on and off for two weeks. Compared to other bingo games I played, the following issues are disappointing to me: 1. Energy is WAY to expensive. 2. Energy daily bonus is terrible. You can’t give players more than two or three energy? There is no daily bonus progression. 3. I go to add players from Facebook and all I get is my own friends list and NOT players from the game. I have read several complaints from other players about this. 4. It appears you want people to spend money more than having various features for the game so a player can collect energy to play. 5. I play some bingo games that allow you to collect a daily bonus of 150 energy to buy cards twice daily. Please update this game so players are motivated to play. During this time of COVID-19 other games are giving out free energy or lives to people who have lost their jobs and are stuck at home.

Who doesnt love bingo? this app is perfect for satiating my bingo craving. 10/10 would recommend

Love the game but can’t locate any info on what colored squares mean. Really can’t find any info on anything!! lol

If you like to play bingo then you’re in luck here. It just bingo no annoying commercials/ads and they are not trying to upscale you either . You just have good old fashion fun . Take my word you can’t go wrong here.

If you bought 3 or 4 cards how can you get to the other cards with no down arrow; left arrow in the top left asks if you want to leave and the other card doesn’t popup if you tried to click on it and kind of sticks out; they wouldn’t let you have 3 or four on the same page like other bingos while others have down arrows!!! I was capable writing in the emoji face after getting 2 bingos but glanced at the message someone else wrote and if people did buy 3 or four at the beginning how can people play the one behind the top 2 cards? After you spin the wheel before the game; will ask you to estimate your winning amount and it is a Math Probability and you cannot always get a bingo!!!

I have been playing this many years! From the first time I started playing, it have been warned by my family and most friends I that! Needless but I was pleasantly supriseed!

Thought I was playing with other actual people until I kept seeing the same bizarre player names in every single game I played. Funny how when I switched from High Roller game to a vacation game the same exact people were playing too. Game seems rigged.

Where is auto daub

They do not give out tokens to play when you win Bingos! And you only get a few on the daily. I don’t get why.....oh money. Smdh

This is just away to make money to play a game sorry u get a zero, and when I first downloaded this game you give few coins to play so delete time I don’t pay for nothing for games I ever download I just delete and go to another.

For some reason this game won’t open for me today: the little “thinking” circle just keeps going round and round, never opens the game, so I can’t get my daily bonus or play the game.

Continuous shortage on winnings. Unable to win the last collectible piece. I have at least 8 stalled out on at 1 collection piece to earn the prize. What a lousy game. Use to be fun but the blatant cheating on their part leaves the player with frustration. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT OR CREDIT BACK WHAT IS STOLEN! Don’t play!

I dropped Big Spin years ago due to waaaaaaaay too many problems, one of which I’m writing to you about, and experienced before. Just a little while ago, my time about 10:20 pm, I got 2 bingos off of 3 cards. Expecting my prize I got a big fat “NO BINGOS”! WHY?! They’re hard enough to get without having them disappear before getting my prize!!! I’m pretty much an ANGRY old lady to begin with and THIS kind of stuff makes me even angrier! I WANT MY WINS for the 2 bingos I got!! A S A P!!! AR

Does anyone else have a problem getting the email freebies? Says to open in the App Store! I already have the app. Lynda S. This review is from April 2017 and I still have the same problem! This review is from 28 May 18 9:53am. Mountain time zone. I still haven't been answered on how I can receive the email gifts! I usually don't get on the Facebook to get my freebies! This is a decent game. It’s a bit challenging trying to accumulate energy and coins. The payouts aren’t that big and it takes a lot of coins to get just a few weak power ups. But I enjoy playing bingo so for now I’ll keep the app.

I haven’t been playing this game for very long but so far I like playing it, other than the games that start with only 3 ppl being able to call “bingo “. People are calling bingo before the game even gets started.

I love this game. I always play the power up games and I just use some collectibles when I need more coins. I have tons of them to use. I play three cards and win fairly often.

WHY DO YOU HAVE TO CLAIM YOUR DAILY BONUS AT THE SAME TIME EVERY DAY, THAT IS HARD TO DO ALL THE TIME, YOU NEED TO CHANGE IT TO ANY TIME THROUGHOUT THE DAY INSTEAD OF A SET 24 HOURS LIKE ALL THE OTHER GAMES I PLAY, YOUR GAME IS THE ONLY ONE THAT I HAVE TO DO THIS FOR, CHANGE IT SO THAT WE CAN CLAIM ANY TIME OF THE DAY!!!!

I understand what the developer said but what I am not understanding is that this game has an option on high roller where if you pay 120 energy for four card game (rather than just normal 40 energy, )and you win first place bingo it’s supposed to award you 45000 coins times THREE so 135k coins, 40 energy times 3 so 120 energy and three times the XP and Three times whatever powerups you got. Two times I paid my 120 energy won first place on it for 3X prizes and got awarded only 1x what I was meant to win. Also, the little power ups that look like little brown bingo cards and are SUPPOSED to give you more power ups if you daub them in game- I can daub like 8 of those and I’ll be lucky to get awarded 1 powerful total. They are supposed to award a power up each according to rules. I pay real money on your game on many occasions, buy powerups because the games so STINGY with them (and energy too). People do not spend money when angry and feeling ripped off, shorted on winnings, taken advantage of and lied to. I think developers should think good and long about how their game does not function correctly, cheats people on winnings when the 3X cards cost 120 energy to even play! If you get the final bingo in game you do not get CREDIT for it, they just steal it away or give it to some other player. That’s wrong. The coin counts are off. The power up count is WAY off in game. The wheel makes zero sense.(pay 5000 coins to win 2500? Yeah how stupid.) And one more issue never fixed and never reimbursed to me one of my actual purchases never got credited! I’m still waiting. This game ought to be giving daily power ups rate one too to ALL of us as log in bonuses and really should be appreciative of those of us who even put up with this still and have not gone on to better options, but they do not. When they offer FB or Emailed links to give free energy or power ups those links FAIL. They won’t link, they send you to the App Store to reopen game, then it never awards the free items at all. I have tried and tried. If my Email offers functioned correctly I would probably HAVE 30 rare power ups, 400 more energy and several thousand more coins by now, but not one has done a thing. And if you complain as I just have, you get a developer response here but they still do not go and give you what’s owed, or fix the in game issues.

This game needs to give players FREE TOKENS when u start playing If this was done u would have more players. This Game should focus on the players not on purchasing!

Why am I being forced to buy a new players package before I can continue to play. It appears that I have enough of credits to play. Don’t think this is right to force someone to spend money when it’s not their choice.

It’s fun for passing time. I’ve played it for weeks now and have yet to get a Bingo. Hmmmmm. Maybe because I haven’t been buying anything?

Great,fun game but not nearly enough rewards and it's really hard to get Bingo without energy which is hardly ever given for free!Still playing..but those yellow BULBS don't last long and the are very hard to get. this Game goats better every day.....very addictive and lots of fun..requires speed and quick thinking.. Keep up the good work and thanks for the freebies and the inexpensive extras.still a great game......practice(and I do) helps me win more but free energy is sometimes hard to get no matter how much I win....unless of course...I spend. Hard cold cash and I can't afford too much of that. However I still rate this game 5 STARS.......9/10/15...Still a great game but come on folks...how long does it take and HOW MANY WINS before I complete a collection ....I've got 13 out of 12 Las Vegas Forever.......give a gal a breaking!........9/25/15......still love the game. Yesterday I had over 2800 energies and this morning I only have 42?? Why did y’all wipe them out? Do you know how long I have been playing this game in order to accumulate that many energy levels?? I’m so mad 😤
